Our Process
Brief
Initial discussion to understand your market and any ideas you have. Photos/Videos and Floorplan will be required to understand the style of the house, the feel of the rooms and any existing colours (flooring, furniture,…)
Visuals
You will receive a couple of options for you to chose from. Once the colour scheme is agreed, we produce a final render of all the rooms for your approval.
Colour spec and design
Colour references are then provided along the floorplan to specify paint location and design details. The paint will be from the main suppliers so you will be able to have them colour matched at your usual paint centres. Accent colours will help you to pick furnishing in harmony with the whole look.
Decorating / Styling
We will remain available to support your painter decorator if any clarification is needed as well as giving you a hand if you need a second pair of eye on some furnishing choices. We always recommend to use a professional photographer to market the property.
