WHAT will you LEARN?
This is where we dive into your market to understand its need. We define the project scope, and identify other factors that you may want to consider when creating your design. We will start drafting the shopping list and estimating the budget. This phase is essential to bring clarity to the rest of the process….
It’s now time to concentrate on the atmosphere to attract your target market. We will get familiar with different styles and learn how to decide which ones will suit your project best. You will learn how to illustrate your vision using PowerPoint.
Colour is the key ingredient to a homely and welcoming place - the one that will make your property stand out! This module introduces different ways to extract an inspiring palette. We will look into metal and wood finishes to bring harmony to the whole scheme.
This is the module where we focus on the functionality and flow of each room. We will cover many design principles from position to size, and select furniture that are fit for purpose.
This is a very exciting module that explains how to create a decorating plan that will take your property to the next level! We will use paint to improve space perception, create interest and separate areas.
Now we have defined key aspects of the furnishing, it is time to do the shopping. You will be introduced to an easy, efficient process which allows you to quickly select items that contribute to the look and feel of your design. We will look at suppliers and how to create simple visuals that enable you to fully picture your room before having to spend a penny.
This module is all about the finishing touches to create that warm and inviting feel. We will look at dressing the room, placing items with intention, and bringing the project together to a picture perfect standard for your photoshoot. We will end the process by selecting your winning photos and carrying your vision through the listing. Your property will then truly be a place where people want to be!

WHO is your HOST?

Fabienne is a property stylist specialised in designing interiors of investment properties for better profit and an International Home Staging award winner.
Her company Fabienne Interiors offers various remote services to help investors refresh or fully furnish and paint their properties.
Her vision is simple:
To create places where people want to be!
This means producing interiors that are uplifting and stylish to attract people, increase occupancy and rates of return.
With a contrasting technical background and a previous career in project management, Fabienne always had an eye for style and a love of colours. Her frustration as a long term tenant inspired her to create places that feel happy and homely.
She now teaches investors to follow her own method so they can create their design that will not only delight their guests but help them maximise their return on investment.
